Elizabeth Romaniv is a professional High Heels dancer, teacher, choreographer, and performer from Ukraine, currently based in Finland. She is the founder of LI SPACE — a dance brand and creative space designed for both beginners and experienced dancers and teachers who want to deepen and refine their skills.
Elizabeth comes from a background in ballroom dance, to which she dedicated 14 years of professional training and performance. This experience shaped her precise technique, musicality, discipline, and deep understanding of movement quality and stage presence — all of which define her approach to High Heels today.
For Elizabeth, High Heels is far more than a trend or a set of movements. It is a structured and conscious practice that combines body mechanics, refined technique, musicality, control, and expressive performance. Her approach focuses on developing body awareness, strength, and confidence, helping dancers understand not only what they do, but also why they do it.
In her teaching practice, she creates a supportive and motivating environment where growth is built through discipline, consistency, and curiosity. She values responsibility, strong work ethic, and open communication, while encouraging each student to take ownership of their own progress and creative development.
At the core of her work is the belief that dance is a powerful tool for transformation — a way to connect with the body, express individuality, and build confidence through movement.
