1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Dance Stage Convention event, related services, and website.

By purchasing a ticket or participating in the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Ticket Purchase
Tickets are sold through an online platform Ticketmaster
All prices are listed in euros (€)
Tickets are personal unless otherwise stated
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of the ticket holder
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of purchase
The purchase becomes binding once payment is successfully completed
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled
If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will receive a refund of the ticket price
If the event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date
The Organizer is not responsible for:

Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund
6. Participation & Liability

lost or stolen property

7. Code of Conduct
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who:
behaves inappropriately
disrupts the event
acts in a harmful or unsafe manner
No refunds will be issued in such cases
8. Media & Recording
The event will be photographed and filmed.
By attending the event, you agree that:
you may appear in photos and videos
the material may be used for marketing and promotional purposes
the material may be published on social media, websites, and other channels
9. Intellectual Property
All content related to the event, including but not limited to:
videos
choreographies
music edits
branding
visuals
is the intellectual property of Cora Media Oy or its partners.
It is prohibited to:
record full classes or workshops without permission
use event content for commercial purposes without consent
10. Force Majeure
The Organizer is not responsible for cancellation or disruption caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters
government restrictions
strikes
travel disruptions
11. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
