Henna Brandt is a Finnish dance artist, choreographer and creative director whose story with dance began already as a child through competitions, performances and countless hours in dance studios. What started from hip hop slowly grew into a lifelong journey through different styles and cultures - including reggaeton, dancehall, commercial, jazz, show dance, bachata and eventually heels.

Driven by passion and curiosity, Henna has travelled around the world to learn from different cultures, teachers and movement styles. She even spent one autumn in Colombia studying bachata and immersing herself in the local dance culture. Through these experiences, dance became more than just performing - it became a way to connect, express and bring people together.

A couple years ago, Henna discovered heels dance and instantly felt like she had finally found her true artistic voice. Since then, she has dedicated herself deeply to the style - training intensely while building her own artistic vision and creating spaces where people can feel powerful, confident, feminine, emotional and completely free to express themselves without fear of judgment.

Shortly after moving to Helsinki, the vision for Dance Stage Convention was born.

More than just a dance event, DSC was created from a deep desire to bring people together. To create a space filled with energy, inspiration, passion and genuine support instead of jealousy, negativity or competition. A place where dancers can connect, grow, feel seen and simply enjoy the art form we all fell in love with in the first place.

Because in a world that can sometimes feel exhausting, divided and heavy - we deserve moments where we can let go, dance freely, meet new people, create unforgettable memories and just have fun together for four days straight.
