Michaela Lapčík is an international heels dance educator, choreographer, and mentor, as well as the founder of Heeling by Michaela a growing global community brand of dancers connected through confidence, expression, and authenticity.

Since her first class in 2019, she has built an international platform bringing together thousands of women. Through her work, she guides dancers not only in technique, but also through a deeper physical, emotional, and energetic experience of movement.

Her approach to heels combines strength, control, and performance quality with presence and authenticity, creating a training environment that is both technically focused and personally impactful.

Michaela has worked as a choreographer and performer for leading Czech artists, appeared in music videos and stage productions.

She continues to share her teaching and methodology worldwide, focusing on creating a supportive and motivating environment where dancers can grow with confidence. She believes that high-quality results come from healthy guidance, consistency, and trust, not only a pressure. Her work reflects a strong international community and a growing impact across her global tours.
